The article describes the anatomical and morphological characteristics of some internal organs (heart, lungs, liver, esophagus, stomach, cecum, colon) of the common lynx. The purpose of the work was to study the morphohistological features of some internal organs of the lynx. The study was carried out in 2023-2024 on the basis of the Department of Anatomy and Physiology of the State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education of the Northern Trans-Ural State Agricultural University. Anatomical and micromorphometric studies of some organs that belonged to somatically healthy individuals of Felis lynx (organs of the respiratory, cardiovascular and digestive systems) were carried out. After this, the data was processed using statistical methods. The results revealed the following features: the heart is cone-shaped, the apical part is pointed, histologically, oval elongated nuclei were noted, with an area of 21.5 ± 0.56 µm 2 and a perimeter of 16.34 ± 1.99 µm. The lungs have 7 lobes; the thickness of the pulmonary pleura was 23.48 ± 0.52 µm. The liver consists of the right, left, quadrate lobes, caudate lobe with caudate and mastoid processes. Hepatocytes are round, cell area - 318.32 ± 24.52 µm2, nuclear area - 32.48 ± 5.76 µm 2 . The thickness of the mucous membrane of the esophagus was 275.89 ± 2.18 µm, the thickness of the muscular lining of the esophagus was 62.14 ± 0.81 µm. The stomach is single-chamber, the mucous epithelium is of intestinal type, the thickness of the mucous layer was 208.68 ± 1.04 µm, and the thickness of the muscle tissue was 490.01 ± 1.31 µm. The cecum is cylindrical in shape, the thickness of the mucous membrane of the cecum was 217.2 ± 2.94 µm, and the thickness of the muscular membrane of the cecum was 354.47±1.22 µm. The colon has an ascending, transverse and descending position, the thickness of the mucous membrane of the colon was 301.39 ± 4.29 µm, and the thickness of the muscular tunic of the colon was 617.94 ± 2.47 µm.
