The article presents the results of research on the effectiveness of the use of the growth regulator «Zerebra Agro» in the cultivation of spring rapeseed "Jubilee" for seeds in the forest-steppe zone of the Omsk region. In field experiments on meadow-chernozem soil, it was revealed that the use of the growth regulator «Zerebra Agro», both in pure form and in conjunction with nitrogen-phosphorus fertilizers, was effective. The greatest effect was obtained with the combined use of foliar top dressing with the growth regulator «Zerebra Agro» at a dose of 150 ml /ha and mineral fertilizers at a dose of N60P60. The increase in the seed yield was 0.28 t/ha, respectively, or 19.2% of the control. The introduction of increasing doses of the growth regulator «Zerebra Agro» led to a natural increase in fat content from 39.4 to 41.9%, protein - from 22.1 to 22.9%. The highest fat and protein content was observed when applying 100 ml/ha and 150 ml/ha of the growth regulator «Zerebra Agro» against the background of mineral fertilizers at a dose of N60P60. The removal of the main elements of nutrition directly depended on mineral fertilizers, the growth regulator «Zerebra Agro» and the level of yield of seeds and straw. When processing spring rape crops with the growth regulator «Zerebra Agro», the removal of batteries was 55.0-95.0 for nitrogen; 17.2-27.7 for phosphorus and 48.5-76.8 kg/ha for potassium. The smallest removal was noted on the variant without fertilizers, the largest - on the variant of joint application of foliar top dressing with the growth regulator «Zerebra Agro» at a dose of 150 ml/ha and mineral fertilizers at a dose of N60P60. The formation of 1 ton of seeds with an appropriate amount of straw requires 52,4,0-56,2 kg of nitrogen, 15,7-16,8 kg of phosphorus and 44,1-46,8 potassium.
