Abstract:
The research suggests and substantiates a method for obtaining and purifying pressed vegetable oil in a biodiesel production line in an agricultural enterprise. Some characteristics of production processes are given, taking into account the experience and the patented method of purification of crude oil by neutralization, followed by mixing with mineral diesel fuel and subsequent freezing of the mixture. Carrying out the winterization stage after mixing the components makes it possible to clean the mixture from wax-like substances and improve the basic low-temperature properties of the resulting biodiesel fuel. The proposed method and technological line are focused on the use of raw rapeseed oil, unsuitable for food and feed purposes. The description of the schematic diagram of a flow-through technological line for processing rapeseed by cold pressing is given on the example of an agricultural enterprise in the Rybinsk district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The calculation of the parameters for the double-pressing oil press line based on the IR-500 oil press of the company “Agroengineering” was carried out.
