PRINCIPLES OF CONSTRUCTION OF A SYSTEM FOR MONITORING THE TECHNICAL CONDITION FOR AGRICULTURAL SELF-PROPELLED MACHINES
Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
Improvement in the design of self-propelled agricultural machines inevitably leads to an increase in the cost of their maintenance and repair. Digital solutions are widely used in the creation of systems for monitoring the technical condition of machines. In most cases, they are implemented in on-board control systems (control of engine, transmission, chassis parameters) and control systems for units of technological mechanisms of machines (for example, a harvester, a grain hopper, an unloader, etc.). They notify the operator about malfunctions, and when diagnosing, you can get information about the problems that have occurred and the reasons for their occurrence. Expanding the possibilities of using such systems, by creating systems for monitoring the technical condition, to improve technical services is economically justified, since in most cases they are included in the cost of machines, or their cost is not significant in comparison with the benefits received. For the development of this direction, it is important to develop the fundamental principles for creating technical condition monitoring systems and methodological approaches to substantiate its composition and functions. The paper presents the requirements of various state standards for the creation of monitoring systems, developed the fundamental principles for creating systems for monitoring the technical condition of self-propelled agricultural machines, and presented a generalized model of the monitoring system.
