The use of probiotics containing useful microorganisms is a promising direction not only for the full feeding of animals, but also for the prevention of various pathological conditions of productive livestock. The feed concentrate contains microorganisms of the genus Bacillus, which include the following species: Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, Bacillus licheniformis, Bacillus pumilus, Bacillus megaterium. The impact of the probiotic drug “ProFeed Bio 8ˮ on hematological, biochemical blood parameters, as well as the productive qualities of dairy cows was studied. The animals of the test group received a probiotic feed concentrate in a volume of 10 ml of concentrate per productive animal per day through the watering system using the ETATRON E-One MF 2-16 dosing pump. It was established that in the dairy cows of the experimental group, in the diet of which the probiotic drug “ProFeed Bio 8ˮ was included, compared with the control, an increased content of red blood cells, hemoglobin and total protein, as well as albumins was recorded in the blood, with a decrease in the level of globulins. Milk productivity also increased. This was expressed in the difference in milk yield of 4.9 l/day.
