RESULTS OF TESTING THE TRACTOR PERFORMANCE MONITORING SYSTEM
Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
This article examines the issue of testing tractor performance monitoring system. The introduction of such systems is promising and allows planning maintenance with minimal labor costs and increasing the efficiency of equipment use by optimizing the operating modes of the machine-tractor unit. The purpose of the testing is to evaluate the operability and accuracy of data transmission, and the reliability of the monitoring system in real-world operating conditions. The testing process includes the installation of a monitoring device and sensors (YF-S201 fuel consumption sensor, waterproof low-freezing liquid temperature sensor, KY-003 magnetic Hall sensor, MT 7681 gain antenna, GPS positioning (coordinates) sensor and speed determination of the Neo-7m tractor") to the tractor, software configuration and data collection. During the testing, the following performance indicators were monitored: fuel consumption, speed, engine speed, coolant temperature, engine oil pressure, tractor location (GPS), and operating time. The results of the tests confirmed the correctness and accuracy of the locations selected for the monitoring system. The testing demonstrated stable and error-free data transmission between all system components. The monitoring system is resistant to interference. It has been established that the monitoring device and the web application provide reliable data collection, transmission, and display, allowing for the monitoring of the tractor's operational performance. The analysis of the obtained data enables the planning of maintenance schedules, the identification of suboptimal operating modes, and the assessment of the impact of various factors on the tractor's performance.
