The soils of the Republic of Tatarstan, like those in other regions of Russia, are deficient in the trace element selenium. Insufficient selenium intake in young farm animals causes endemic diseases leading to growth retardation, malnutrition, and, in severe cases, death. It is worth noting that the trace element selenium has a narrow range between therapeutic and toxic doses. The aim of the study was to determine the cumulative effect of Selecelvit A, D, E and its impact on morphological and biochemical parameters of the blood and internal organs of rats. The cumulative effects of Selecelvit A, D, E were determined on 10 white rats weighing 190-200 grams. The laboratory animals were divided into control and experimental groups, each containing 5 rats. Over the course of 28 days, rats in the experimental group were given increasing doses of Selecelvit A, D, E. The survival rate of the rat population was 100%. Administration of the test drug to the experimental group of animals did not affect the rats' hematological or biochemical parameters; all values were within physiological norms. Histological examination of the kidneys and liver in the experimental group of rats revealed organ morphology consistent with the species-specific norm. Overall, the experimental results demonstrate the safety of Selecelvit A, D, E.
