Durum wheat has great potential in Western Siberia, given the high demand for this grain in the pasta market. The international KASIB program contributes for increasing of the yield potential and adaptability of durum wheat varieties to adverse environmental factors. The objective of the study was to identify spring durum wheat accessions from KASIB breeding programs with high plasticity and adaptability to Western Siberian conditions. The spring durum wheat varieties from nine breeding institutions of Republic of Kazakhstan and Russia were studied in 2023–2025 in the experimental field of the Omsk ASC. The field research methods based on State Variety Trial methodology were used. Varieties with high plasticity of Omsk and Barnaul breeding programs, recommended for development durum wheat varieties intensive type were identified – Gord. 11-47-1, Gord. 12-11-5 (Omsk ASC), G1057 (Altay Centre), average yield – 27.3–32.1 c/ha. Integrated yield assessment using AMMI analysis and average yield level helped to identify stable and productive accessions of greatest interest for farming and adaptive breeding of durum wheat as initial material – Line 149-12-5 and Bezenchukskiy Vector, average yield – 28.9–29.3 c/ha. Comparison of yield components expression of different breeding programs allowed to note that the accessions from the Karabalyk AES and Kazakh RI of Agriculture and Plant Growing had more productive stems per unit area (G2441, Zhakut 20), from Samara ARI and Saratov ARI (Bezenchukskiy Vector, Bezenchukskaya Parallel, D-2177) – higher spike productivity and thousand kernel weight, from Center of Grain Farming (Kazakhstan) and the Omsk ASC (Line 149-12-5, Gord. 11-47-1) – increased number of spike grains and weight of spike grains. These variety accessions are recommended for inclusion in hybridization programs as sources of certain yield components from different eco-geographical groups.
