The quality and safety of food are the factors that determine the quality of human life. This determines the relevance of research on preventing the migration of toxicants along the food chain. The use of enterosorbents in animal husbandry is one of the strategies to reduce the accumulation of toxicants in animal products. In this regard, the goal was set to conduct a comparative assessment of the adsorption activity of Polysorb VP and Zoocarb in relation to some mycotoxins and insectoacaricides. The experiment was performed in vitro using standard solutions of mycotoxins and insectoacaricides, as well as standard methods for their determination. The maximum adsorption index of Polysorb VP is set in relation to the T-2 toxin. In relation to zearalenone, aflatoxin B1 and deoxynivalenol, a consistent decrease in adsorption indices is observed. The value of the index varies depending on the concentration of mycotoxin in the sample. The maximum adsorption index of Zoocarb is established in relation to deoxynivalenol, the minimum is for the sorption of T-2 toxin. The adsorption activity of Polysorb VP in relation to the studied insectoacaricides is presented in descending order: eprinomectin → deltamethrin → acetamiprid; carbon enterosorbent Zoocarb: acetamiprid → deltamethrin → eprinomectin. At the same time, the values of the adsorption indices decrease with an increase in the concentration of insectoacaricides in the samples. The revealed patterns in the in vitro experiment demonstrate the selective orientation of the action of non-selective sorbents, which can be used in clinical practice to increase the effectiveness of sorption therapy methods. In the future, it is necessary to evaluate the influence of the pH of the environment, temperature, the optimal ratio of sorbate and sorbent, and other external conditions on the rate of sorption and desorption in order to predict the success of treatment.
