THE USE OF BIOFERTILIZERS AND GROWTH REGULATORS IN THE CULTIVATION OF SPRING WHEAT VARIETIES

Abstract:
Currently, many intensive varieties have appeared, while their reaction to the use of biopreparations has not been studied, and the varietal specificity of plant nutrition has not been determined. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the effectiveness of the treatments used in the conditions of the region. The results of the study of the use of biopreparations by seed treatment of spring wheat varieties in the forest-steppe of Western Siberia on meadow-chernozem soil in 2021-2023 are presented. The most productive variety was "Element 22" (3.80 t/ha on average in the control), followed by "OmGAU 100" (3.55 t/ha), the least - "Stolypinskaya 2" (3.29 t/ha). The maximum effectiveness comes from the use of a complex of preparations "Azotovite" + "Phosphatovite" + "Humate K" (grade increases of 0.64, 0.56 and 0.57 t/ha, respectively). Responsiveness to the use of growth regulators is higher than that of biofertilizers. An increase in the N-NO 3 content was observed when using "Azotovite» both separately and in combination with other chemicals: during the harvesting period, it increased by 0.74-1.83 mg/kg (in the control, 3.44-3.68 mg/kg). When using "Phosphatovite", the content of mobile phosphorus slightly exceeded the variants without its use by 6-15 mg / kg. Pre-sowing seed treatment led to a relative increase in the use of soil elements: P 2 O 5 in the "Element 22" variety by 20-27%, K 2 O by 13-25%; in the "Stolypinskaya 2" variety by 22-36%, K 2 O by 7-21%, in the "OmGAU 100" variety by 7.7-23.1%, K 2 O by 6.7-20%; nitrate nitrogen consumption was at the same level. Agrochemical standards for varieties have been established.
